Ho Chi Minh City announces ’100 Interesting Facts’

The Ho Chi Minh Department of Culture, Sports
and Tourism and the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association announced the results
of the second ‘Ho Chi Minh City
– 100 Interesting Facts’ programme yesterday.

The ’100 Interesting Facts’ were decided based on votes by national and
international tourists. Nearly 300 places in 20 categories were nominated,
including museums, architecture, historical and cultural sites, and traditional
markets, as well as nighttime entertainment venues, favourite southern food,
special cultural, sports and tourism events, and trademark souvenirs.
