Diverse art performances to be held in 2012

There will be many art performances in 2012, said the head of the Department of Performance Arts under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vuong Duy Bien, at a press briefing held in Hanoi by the Department of Performance Arts on April 25th.

A national professional art performance will be held in Son La province in May. A Vietnamese ethnic musical instrument festival will take place in June. A national professional stage festival will be organized in July. The international chorus festival will be in December in the central city of Hue.

Works at the national professional stage festival will focus on the fourth Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress on several urgent issues in Party building at present.
